We try to keep our boxes as healthy, natural and nutritious as possible! Every WoofWoof Box is corn and soy free, so if your dog has those allergies you are fine to order.

Because we have such a diverse subscriber base with equally diverse needs, we're unable to make additional modifications to this WoofWoof Box, but please be sure to let us know if your pup has other needs you'd like us to take into consideration for future offerings. We're always eager to learn and grow our services to you and your dog. All of our treats will have full ingredient listings on them for you to check before sharing!

You will definitely receive all of the boxes from your subscription. Canceling means your subscription will not renew. Remember, you must cancel before the 3rd of your renewal month.


Click on the "Get Started" button at www.woofwoofbox.com.au. Select the size of your dog (for optimal “treats” selection) and then select which WoofWoof Box plan you'd like. Once you fill in the billing information page, we ask for your shipping info and a bit of information about your dog. Then, you’re all set up!

All subscription plans are monthly, but are paid for upfront.

If you log into your WoofWoof Box account and go to your subscription page, and then click on "Edit" next to the subscription you want to update. Here you can adjust everything from box size to shipping address. Just remember, any changes must be made by the 3rd of the month, if you want them to be reflected in the that month's shipment.

If you are canceling a subscription, that must be done before the 3rd. Please note that canceling from your subscription page only cancels the upcoming renewal of the subscription and you will receive any boxes which are set to be delivered under the current subscription.

We hate to see you go! But if you must, here's how:

Log into your WoofWoofBox account
Click on the "My Subscriptions" on the tab at the top of the User Profile.
Click on "Cancel Subscription" next to the subscription you want to cancel.
OK this request when prompted
Please take note: we have to process subscriptions by the 3rd of each month in order to make sure we can package, label and ship all of the WoofWoofBoxes by the 15th.
